Week two weigh-in: down 6.5 pounds. I'm pleased because this past week involved two picnics, a conference at work (with danish and bagels and croissant in the morning and then lunch out at a very nice restaurant), and book club. And through all that, I managed to be pretty good. I lapsed at book club (homemade pizzas and cookies, who could resist?!) but managed to rein in the appetite on the other occasions. Yay me!
So yeah, a small victory. I'll take it.
