Trading in pants for a suit

A lawsuit, that is.

This is a prime example of when "lawyer" is a four-letter word.

They lost his pants, so he's trying to take the shirts off of their backs?

Fair? Hardly.

This is unreal. I hope he gets clobbered with a good old fashion scolding -- and hopefully sanctions of some kind -- for the frivolity of this litigation.
