Ratification
The contract on the house is signed, sealed and delivered. We have a house.
Or if not, we have a cause of action.
Closing is April 30th. Meanwhile, we have two apartments to clear out, clean up and rent.
Anyone looking to rent an efficiency in Foggy Bottom/West End or a 3 BR/2 BA apartment in Takoma Park? (Yes, the house is only slightly larger than SM's apartment... sadly, the closets and bedrooms are actually smaller in the house than the apartment, but now we have a yard and a basement.)
