Done deal?

Looks like we've got a house. The back and forth and back again over the contract was a right royal pain in the ass. So much so that I got to the point where I told our agent that I was done negotiating. If they didn't take our last offer, which was reasonable, we were walking.

They took it, and the paperwork is in hand.

Here's a small picture of the place. 3BR/2BA. Not perfect, not ideal but very cute and a good location. Small closets. Third bedroom is very small, so that will become my closet. The inside is really charming with a pretty sunroom, and the yard is quite nice too. We have a great big deck and a treehouse!
And my very own washer and dryer. I can't tell you how happy that makes me.
