Halloween fright!
Well, not surprisingly, Bush wimped out and headed straight for his base in the latest SCOTUS nomination. No diversity here, just a rerun... Italian American, male, conservative. Sound like anyone we know? His nickname in legal circles is "Scalito."
He even looks like Scalia.
Just goes to show that Bush doesn't give an damn about diversity or divergent views. He just wants a pro-life court so the conservative factions will fall back in line. If we know anything about Bush, we know he likes being Mr. Popular.
